1. Purpose
SurveyPro maintains proportionate controls to protect genuine participants, provider data quality, rewards and platform integrity. Security signals support review and do not necessarily prove wrongdoing by themselves.
2. Prohibited Activity
- Multiple accounts, false identities or inaccurate eligibility information.
- VPNs, proxies, Tor, emulators, location spoofing or device manipulation used to evade controls.
- Bots, scripts, automated answers, answer sharing or another person completing surveys.
- Manipulating callbacks, rewards, referrals, balances, withdrawals or provider systems.
- Using a payout destination across unrelated accounts to conceal coordinated activity.
3. Signals and Controls
Controls may include CAPTCHA, email verification, age and location checks, masked IP and device identifiers, network-risk services, duplicate-account signals, survey outcomes, completion timing, chargebacks, payout-destination matching, rate limits and provider confirmations.
4. Review and Action
Depending on risk and available evidence, SurveyPro may request verification, hold a withdrawal, restrict surveys, suspend an account, reverse provider-rejected rewards or close an account. Permanent action should consider multiple signals where practicable.
5. Provider Cooperation
We may exchange necessary transaction identifiers, fraud indicators and outcome records with survey providers and service providers for validation, reconciliation, abuse prevention and dispute handling, subject to applicable privacy obligations.
6. Appeals and Contact
Members may request a review through support@surveyproo.com. Include the account email and relevant transaction information, but never send a password or verification code.
