SurveyPro uses essential cookies and similar browser storage, such as local storage, to provide account access, maintain security, remember limited device information, and operate core features.
2. Technologies We Use
- Authentication storage: helps keep users signed in and protects account sessions.
- Security and device storage: supports abuse prevention, device recognition, and login protection.
- Functional storage: remembers limited interface state and prevents unnecessary repeated requests.
- CAPTCHA and fraud prevention: Cloudflare Turnstile and security services may use essential browser technologies to distinguish legitimate users from automated abuse.
3. Advertising and Analytics
SurveyPro does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers on its own pages. If this changes, this policy will be updated before such technologies are introduced.
4. Third-Party Survey Providers
When you open a survey supplied by a third-party research provider, you may leave SurveyPro or interact with that provider's content. The provider may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy and cookie notices. SurveyPro does not control those provider technologies.
5. Your Controls
You can clear or block browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent login, security checks, surveys, or other platform features from working correctly.
6. Duration and Deletion
Some technologies last only for the current browser session; others remain until they expire or you clear them. Local-storage records remain until SurveyPro code replaces them, you clear site data, or you remove them through browser controls. We keep server-side records linked to these technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
SurveyPro does not currently sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use targeted-advertising cookies on its own pages. Because those activities are not performed, a Global Privacy Control or browser Do Not Track signal does not change how essential technologies operate. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and honor legally required opt-out signals.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when our technologies, providers, or legal obligations change. The revised version will show a new effective date, and we will provide additional notice or choices when required.
